Ingredients
BROTH:
- dash of sesame oil
- 1 tbsp of minced garlic
- 1 tbsp of finely chopped ginger
- 1 tsp of chilli oil (more if you like spice)
- 3 cups of water
- vegetable stock cubes
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
TOPPINGS:
- 2 hard boiled egg
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/4 cup frozen corn
- puffed tofu
- chicken gyoza
- green onions
- ramen noodles
Directions
Step 1
Heat a pot and add sesame oil, garlic, ginger and chilli oil and heat mixing continuously!
Step 2
In a separate bowl hard boil 2 eggs for 10 minutes! (less time if you like a runny yoke)
Step 3
To the pot with the garlic and ginger, add 3 cups of water and vegetable stock cubes. Bring to a boil and add soy sauce and teriyaki sauce!
Step 4
Let the broth come to a boil and then cook your frozen chicken gyoza, corn, spinach & ramen noodles in the boiling broth!
Step 5
Once everything is cooked, peel your hard boiled eggs and plate everything in a big bowl and top with green onions! Enjoy! :)
